A presentation that I did on Donna Haraway's seminal article. Weirdly enough, my dad was getting an artificial shoulder joint on the day I put this together. Haraway's article is "A Manifesto for Cyborgs: Science, Technology & Socialist Feminism in the 1980s." It first appeared in Socialist Review, no. 80 (1985): 65-108. It is reprinted in, among other books, The Haraway Reader. New York: Routledge, 2004.
